Yes, this awkwardly phrased question is quite legit these days. Where usually meaning what app, website or service do you use for your music. There are so many choices, and all of them are amazing. Youtube, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon, Apple/Itunes, Deezer, and dozens of other big names come to mind when talking Internet music.

But, as we all know, there is online music, and there’s music online.. Take Amazon for example. This mega-tremendous giant has its own Amazon Music section, where I personally being an Amazon Prime member can easily get whatever they have for free or costing next to nothing. But I don’t even go in there… I do use Amazon for movies or shows sometimes. But Amazon music? Ghm… Did they start it cause they just have so much music stored and they have so many people thinking them are the King? I guess so…

DVR Youtube to listen Offline

Yes, DVR-ing is still a thing, and a big one. Even Youtube Music app has such function (read more). It’s called downloading songs for offline access without any data transfer, or well, no more than 1 time transfer, preferable over free WiFi, but it’s up to you and the way you set it up. But for me, I like to have mp3 files, so I can’t really use the App.. Plus it tracks your plays, it reports that go google, it’s a whole big no-privacy thing.

And so I download music from Youtube

How do I do it? Very easy! I use this very awesome Youtube to mp3 converter that is ironically called just that — Listen to Youtube (online)… Isn’t it irony? I think it’s quite funny. And so I prefer this website to many others. I do have adblock set up, and it tells me this site is trying to put up some popups, so maybe it is not for everyone. But my router built-in popup blocker actually does a great job so I have no ads on this site. Well, I actually very rarely see ads…

youtube to mp3 converter

This is how this site looks right now, after I’ve entered some search, I think it was “Ariana” and I clicked on one song also.. This site has built-in video search, so you won’t have to do copy and paste of the video URL. I mean, you can do it, if you like to, if you don’t remember or cannot type in the search keywords simply because it’s in different language from yours, — they can accept the URL directly, simply paste it in the white box and hit GO.

Youtube Search Built-in on ListenToYoutube

This mp3 converter has many features, but one is for sure superior to all others — the builtin search feature, where you don’t have to leave the site. You just type in the search keywords, see up to a dozen results from Youtube, and pick those you like and convert them to mp3. It also uses Youtube search suggest autocomplete feature, so me I just had to type “A” to see “Ariana Grande” as one of the autocomplete suggestions. All I needed to do was tap the search line and it automatically did the search there. Great, easy experience!

Convert Youtube video to mp3

So all you have to do now is pick what old loved artist you could never find music from, look it up via that search box, and convert it to mp3 using ListenToYoutube (online). You know fans just like you upload music from literally ANYONE & ANYTHING ever made. Anything you can think of — it’s on Youtube.. So whatever music taste you got, — you’ll satisfy it on youtube. Of course most of old-time stuff is uploaded by fans, not by original producers, labels or simple copyright owners. It’s all thanks to music fans, just like you.. So go ahead, upload rips of your favorite vinyl songs onto youtube — everyone is waiting!!
